What we do

A trading desk built around verification.

01

Originate

We find and verify the counterparties — refiners, mills, terminals, yards, end users — before anyone signs anything. No daisy chains, no advance-fee procedures.

02

Structure

Tolling, term supply and offtake, credit-insured trial trades and commission purchases — designed so lenders, insurers and inspectors can say yes.

03

Deliver

Freight, inspection, documents and payment managed through to discharge, with every milestone visible in the client portal.

Fuels — Diesel, Gasoline & Jet

Refined fuels are the most liquid physical commodities in the Atlantic Basin — and the least forgiving of loose paperwork. We structure diesel, gasoline and jet supply for importers, distributors and industrial users across the Caribbean and the Americas.

Bitumen & Asphalt

Bitumen is the binder that holds the region's roads, runways and ports together. We source penetration, viscosity and performance-graded material in bulk and packed form for contractors, importers and public works programmes.

Steel & Metals

From hot-rolled coil to reinforcing bar, steel is priced by grade, gauge and mill — and won or lost on logistics. We originate mill-direct and trader-held material for fabricators, builders and distributors.

Scrap Metal — Ferrous & Non-Ferrous

The Caribbean generates steady volumes of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap with limited local melt capacity. We connect yards and consolidators with EAF mills and foundries — with the inspection and compliance discipline the trade demands.

Rubber & Tyres

Rubber moves in two directions through the region: raw natural and synthetic rubber into manufacturing, and tyres — new and end-of-life — through distribution and recycling. We work both flows.

Freight & Shipping

Freight is often the swing factor between a profitable cargo and a loss. We fix tonnage, structure contracts of affreightment and build freight into the landed-cost model from day one.
